This year's fourth round of UN climate talks have concluded in the Chinese coastal city of Tianjin. Delegates say the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change has produced some "concrete" results.
Negotiators from more than 150 nations have produced a draft decision text that will be submitted to the Cancun Conference, which is scheduled in Mexico from November 29th through December 10th. But participants at this week's gathering did not agree on how to allocate the 30 billion US dollar "Fast Start Fund," which is aimed at supporting developing countries.
