Brief Introduction of National Leading Committee on Climate Change To effectivelty address climate change issue, Chinese government established National Leading Committee on Climate Change in June, 2007 based on the former National Coordination Committee on Climate Change (NCCCC). Premier Wen Jiabao serves as its leader and twenty ministries and government sectors are involved.
